Beetroot is used as an ingredient in first courses, salads, snacks, but not everyone knows what can be cooked from it and cutlets - a very nutritious and, at the same time, healthy dish.
Essential Ingredients:
Sour cream - 30 g;
Butter - 15 g;
Boiled beets - 200 g;
Salt to taste;
Semolina - 20 g;
Breadcrumbs - 12 g;
Dill greens;
Vegetable oil.
Recipe Preparation
To cook beetroot patties, it is necessary to peel this cooked vegetable, grind it using a meat grinder, and then place it in a pan with pre-melted butter.
After this, salt is added, mixed thoroughly so that the beet patties are equally salted, and the mixture is heated to a boil. Then, semolina is added to the prepared dish with constant stirring and left on low heat until the beetroot mass becomes thicker.
After this, the mixture from which the beets are made of cutlets, it is necessary to cool, divide into pieces and form a cutlet from each of them.
The resulting vegetable snack is rolled in breading oil and fried on both sides until a crispy crust appears.
