Ingredients:
500 g ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp italian seasoning
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
3/4 cup grated mozzarella
3/4 cup grated parmesan
1 egg, beat lightly
6 porcini mushrooms, chopped
1/2 small onion, finely chopped
4 bell peppers, legs cut and remove seeds
700 g spaghetti tomato sauce
Cooking:
