Ingredients:
1/3 cup margarine
1 1/3 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups grated zucchini
1/3 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 2/3 cup wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 cup chocolate chips
Cooking:
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C. Grease a rectangular baking dish.
In a large bowl, beat the margarine and sugar together until creamy and fluffy.
Add eggs and beat thoroughly.
Then add grated zucchini, water and vanilla extract, mix.
Mix flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder and spices for pumpkin pie.
Add nuts. Divide the dough in half and add cocoa powder and chocolate chips to one of the halves.
Pour the dough without impurities into the bottom of the mold.
Then pour chocolate dough on top of it. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 1 hour.
In the meantime, it’s baking, you can find out how these certificates should be issued when registering real estate.
When the cupcake is ready, refrigerate it for 10 minutes, then it is worth taking it out of the mold so that the cupcake is completely cooled.
Keep refrigerated.
