For 4 servings we need:
2 not so big sweet and sour apples
3 small onions
100 g light raisins
10 g butter
500 g sauerkraut (barrel) cabbage
50 g peeled roasted pine nuts
80 g feta cheese
1 table, a spoonful of sesame seeds
4 pods of bell (yellow) pepper
100 g fatty 30% sour cream
250 ml of vegetable broth
salt
ground black pepper
spices to taste.
The recipe for peppers:
1. Finely chop the peeled onions.
Heat butter in a frying pan and fry the onion in it until golden. 2. Rinse thoroughly.
The washed blocks are cut into cubes, do not forget to remove the core.
Add chopped apples, raisins, cabbage to the onion in a pan.
Stew on low heat for 15 minutes.
Season to taste with pepper and salt. 3. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes, mix it with sesame seeds and nuts.
Add everything to the cabbage filling. 4. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cut the pepper in half along.
We remove the seeds and fill the halves with the filling. We spread our stuffed peppers into a mold, pour in a warm broth and put in the oven for about 30-40 minutes.
Spread on a wide dish, decorate with herbs. Serve with sour cream.
All yellow peppers baked in the oven are ready.
