Ingredients:
250 g canned or fresh cooked beans
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
400 g bag of tortilla corn chips
1 head of iceberg lettuce - washed, dried and chopped
2 large tomatoes, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
280 g chopped olives
1 carrot, grated
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup salsa
Cooking:
A great dish for nature lovers spending the summer in the country, and in the evenings having dinner on the terrace decked area.
Delicious fresh vegetables combined with tender and satisfying beans. In a medium saucepan, mix beans, salt, ground red pepper and pepper.
Cook over medium heat until warm. To collect the vegetable stack, cut all the ingredients, then put a handful of corn chips on a plate, spread in a thin layer.
On top of the chips, spoon the heated mixture of beans, torn lettuce, tomatoes, green pepper, onions, olives, carrots, and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese on a spoon.
Garnish with vegetable salsa and sour cream and can be served.
