Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of corn starch
1 1/2 cloves of garlic, chop
2 teaspoons chopped fresh ginger root
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 small head of broccoli, cut into flowers
1/2 cup peas
3/4 cup chopped carrots,
1/2 cup green beans
2 tablespoons of soy sauce,
2 1/2 tablespoons of water,
1/4 cup chopped onion,
1/2 tablespoon salt
Cooking:
In a large bowl, combine corn starch, garlic, 1 teaspoon of ginger, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Stir until the starch dissolves and a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Add broccoli, peas, carrots, green beans and mix to coat in garlic paste.
Heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
Cook vegetables in oil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent burning.
And the ceiling air conditioners will save you from the heat in the kitchen.
Add soy sauce and water.
Mix onion, salt, and the remaining 1 teaspoon of ginger.
Cook until the vegetables are soft but still crispy.
