Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter, 3 teaspoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon melted butter, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon raspberry vinegar, 2 teaspoons honey, 1 teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon, salt and pepper to taste, 450 tilapia fillet
Cooking:
Preheat oven with grill.
Place a sheet of aluminum foil on a baking sheet, and brush with 2 tablespoons of butter. In a bowl, whisk together 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, melted butter, mustard, raspberry vinegar, honey, tarragon, salt and pepper.
Set aside for a while. Place the washed and dried tilapia fillets on the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 3 minutes in a preheated oven.
And during this time, you can manage to order minoxidil.
Turn tilapia over and pour about half of the lemon juice mixture.
Continue baking for about 3 minutes, then turn over and sprinkle with the remaining mixture.
Continue toasting for another 2 minutes, or until the fish is easily separated by flakes when testing with a fork.
Remove from heat and pour over the remaining lemon juice to serve.
