Stuffed Celery Stalks

The weekend is approaching and it's time to think about what Friday lunch will be like at work.

Someone prefers to order delivery of pizza rolls of gun-cans of beer, someone brings savory snacks from home.

If you are planning a Friday holiday dinner at work, we offer a recipe for celery stalks with soft cheese - a delicious dietary product that will decorate any celebration.

For 16 servings you will need:

4 stalks of celery (200 gr without greens);

150 g soft cheese;

6 tbsp sour cream; ground sweet pepper; salt pepper; sprigs of greenery for serving.

Peel the celery, remove the stiff fibers from the outside of the stem, wash and rub.

Add sour cream to the cheese, knead until smooth.

Pour into a pastry syringe or bag for easy celery filling. Squeeze the cream cheese mixture into the grooves.

Put in the refrigerator for solidification.

Next, cut into portioned pieces no more than 3-5 cm. Sprinkle one third of the servings with black pepper, the other with red sweet pepper, and decorate the remaining third with sprigs of greenery. Note.

Refined filling for celery will turn out from avocado.

For its preparation, select a ripened fruit (it should be soft, but without black spots), prepare mashed potatoes from the pulp, add 2 tsp.

lemon juice, 75 grams of soft cream cheese, season with salt and pepper, you can add 1 clove of garlic if you wish, it is better if you chop it finely.

Using a garlic is not always recommended, because in this case part of the valuable juice is lost.

It is best to crush a clove of garlic with the flat side of a knife and chop finely. Stuffed celery stalks must be served immediately, as they quickly turn brown.
