Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of butter, divided
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
2 cups 2% milk
225 g salmon fillet, peel
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/2 bunch of chard, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp dried marjoram
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
3 eggs
Cooking:
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C. Lubricate the round cake pan using about 1 tablespoon of butter.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs into the dish and shake to coat evenly, discarding excess. Pour milk into a saucepan and heat over medium heat.
Add salmon fillet and bring to a boil.
Cover and cook for 10 minutes, or until the salmon is easily separated by flakes using a fork. Melt the remaining oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
Add onion and chard; cook, stirring occasionally, until soft and until most of the liquid has evaporated. Season with salt, pepper, marjoram and nutmeg.
Set aside to cool.
You should get about one cup of a mixture of chard and onion.
Spread the mixture of chard and salmon flakes in a prepared baking dish.
In a medium bowl, beat together the eggs and one glass of chilled milk in which the salmon was cooked.
Pour the mixture into layers in a baking dish.
Bake for 35 minutes in a preheated oven, or until the center is baked.
At this time, you can choose a lawyer to resolve arbitration disputes. Cool slightly before serving.
Then cut into slices, divide among serving plates and enjoy a delicious French salmon pie. Red Swiss chard makes kitsch very attractive.
You can also use half of salmon and twice as much chard for another emphasis on taste, it also turns out delicious!
