Напишут хостеру дальше - на усмотрение хостера если адекватный - отправит в спам если перестраховщик - отключит аккаунт

Добрый день. Как Вы относитесь к использованию не лицензионных версий форумов vBulletin на VPS и какие санкции применяете в случае обращения к Вам правообладателей?

Относимся спокойно. Зависит от претензии. Если правообладатель будет обращаться напрямую в датацентр, то нужно будет отреагировать. Мы сразу не блокируем аккаунт, в случае чего вернем деньги (если датацентр попросит убрать этот сайт)

посижу пока на мажордомо пока не удалят акк (если удалят) потом перееду)

Обычно любой хостер дает время урегулировать проблему. Как правило это 3 дня. Не забывайте делать бэкапы на случай форс мажоров.

как говорят - не зависимо от того сколько машина жрет бензина - важно какую пользу она приносит. Аналогично и с форумом - если это детская забава - пускать по самотеку, ну а если это бизнес или хотя бы кусочек от бизнеса, то несчасные 250$ ничего не стоят.

какой хороший хостер... фактически, он ответил "нам пофик" джылсофт нЕ имеет официального представительства в России (кажется, нигде по СНГ) для хостера указ - только решение суда раз нет представительства - никаких местных судов быть не может а подавать в международный - джылсофт просто жлобится рассылка этих "писем счастья" не больше, чем попытка взять на испуг многие хостеры ведутся, увы...

где то читал про ценник в районе 1000$ за лицензию булки. На тройку такая же цена?

Может корпоративная... Лица на один форум в районе 280$.
