Omelette rolls with caviar
Ingredients:
4 eggs
80 ml low-fat cream or milk
1/3 cup green onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon butter sour cream ocean trout caviar or any other caviar and dill to serve
Cooking:
Beat eggs, cream and chopped green onions together in a small bowl.
Season to taste.
Heat oil in a medium, about 23 cm diameter frying pan with a non-stick coating over medium heat.
Add 1/4 of the egg mixture and fry until the egg pancake is ready, but remains soft and elastic (not overcooked, or it will be difficult to curl).
Turn over and then repeat with the remaining mixture to make 3 more egg pancakes.
Roll 1 omelet tightly, wrap another egg pancake around it. Enclose the egg roll in cling film, roll up the ends to gently seal.
Repeat with the rest of the egg pancakes.
Place in the refrigerator to cool for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours.) Remove the wrapper and cut each roll into 12 pieces.
Place slices of egg roll on a plate, then put a spoonful of sour cream and a teaspoon of ocean trout caviar on top of each.
Garnish with dill.
Dishes from eggs are also varied, you can cook ordinary fried eggs, scrambled eggs, and you can have such interesting snacks with caviar.
The ingredients of this dish are quite simple, it will take a little time to cook, but your guests will certainly appreciate such an interesting aperitif.
