How to Cook Pickled Mushrooms

Ingredients:

1 cup red wine

1/2 cup red wine vinegar

1/3 cup olive oil

2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 cloves of garlic, chop

1 teaspoon chopped red pepper flakes

1/4 cup red pepper, diced

450 g of fresh mushrooms, e.g. champignons, remove the stems

1/4 cup chopped green onion

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Cooking:

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine wine, vinegar, oil, sugar, garlic, sweet pepper, red pepper flakes and mushrooms.

Bring to a boil, cover and set aside to cool. After complete cooling, add green onions, oregano, salt and pepper to the mushrooms.

Serve chilled or at room temperature. It doesn’t take much time to prepare these pickled mushrooms, because they don’t need to infuse in the marinade for a day or even several hours.

You just boil all the ingredients and then cool and the wonderful snack is ready.

You won’t find a better recipe on the Internet, because your traffic accounting program will not swear. To give the dish a special piquancy, add a little orange juice, and use not only red pepper, but also green - this will make the mushrooms more colorful.
