Ingredients:
10 eggs
1/3 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 drops of hot pepper sauce, or to taste
250 g bacon, fry and cut into small pieces
(120 g) can of dried olives 2 tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/3 cup chopped mushrooms
3/4 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
Cooking:
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C. Lubricate the baking dish with butter or vegetable oil.
In a large bowl, combine eggs and milk.
Using an electric mixer, beat to a firm foamy mass.
Add salt and hot pepper sauce to the mixture. Then add chopped bacon, olives, tomatoes, chives, mushrooms and cheese.
Pour into a prepared baking dish and cover with a lid or aluminum foil. Bake in a preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes, or until eggs are baked in the center and everything is ready. Large baked omelet with bacon, cheese, tomatoes, olives and mushrooms.
A great option for dinner or brunch, which will appeal to the whole family and even small picks.
