Cabbage stuffed cabbage is a delicious, delicate dish.
Such cabbage does not require special processing, unlike old heads of cabbage.
First you need to pick large leaves from a young head of cabbage and put them aside for now.
Naturally, we will cook cabbage rolls with minced meat, but in addition to meat we need parsley, dill and young celery leaves, onions, garlic, as well as carrots, boiled rice and spices.
Cabbage leaves need to be boiled with boiling water to soften: it will be easier to wrap the filling.
Better yet - boil for five minutes in a large saucepan.
Passion vegetables separately: first chopped onions, then separately grated carrots.
Add the boiled rice, onion, part of the carrots, spices and salt to the minced meat.
Mix the filling thoroughly and squeeze into it three large cloves of garlic.
Put the prepared cabbage leaf on a cutting board, in its center the filling and form stuffed cabbage.
Then put all the cabbage rolls in the duckbill in several layers, fill with water, remove for half an hour in the oven, heated to 200 degrees.
While cabbage rolls languish, prepare the sauce: stir 2 tablespoons of flour with water, combine with the remaining carrots.
When the water boils, pour the stuffed cabbage with the resulting sauce, sprinkle with chopped herbs and bring to the oven until cooked (an hour and a half). Put the prepared cabbage rolls on a plate and serve.
You can pour it with sour cream or mayonnaise.
