Ingredients:
450 g homemade pork sausage
5 eggs, beat
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1/2 head of cabbage, chop
3 carrots, chopped
6 cups boiled white rice, cool
1/4 cup soy sauce, or to taste
400 g bean sprouts
170 g frozen green peas, thaw, ground black pepper to taste
3 green onions, chopped
Cooking:
Fry the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned evenly.
Drain and transfer the sausage from the pan to a plate.
In the same pan, using the remaining layer of fat, cook the eggs, often stirring until tender.
Set aside. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
Fry the cabbage and carrots until the cabbage breaks.
Add cold rice and fry, stirring, to evenly distribute the ingredients.
Mix with sausage and pour soy sauce.
Add bean sprouts, peas and eggs, mix well so that there are no large pieces of egg. Season with pepper and add green onions just before being removed from the heat; if desired, you can also add chopped parsley.
If you use plastic window sills in the kitchen to grow greens in pots, then you will always have fresh herbs.
Adjust soy sauce to taste and serve.
You cannot find this easy-to-cook fried rice in any restaurant.
