This recipe does not contain any sour cream or eggs.
Necessary ingredients for cooking:
1.5 cups of sparkling mineral water;
2 teaspoons of sugar;
0.5 teaspoon of turmeric;
Half a teaspoon of salt;
300 ml vegetable oil;
100 gr. powdered sugar;
4-5 cups of wheat flour;
Cooking method:
Add turmeric, salt and sugar to mineral water and mix with a whisk until completely dissolved.
The flour must be sieved and evenly added to the mineral water.
First mix the resulting dough with a whisk and only then knead the resulting dough by hand, adding vegetable oil (2 tablespoons).
For simplicity, the dough can be divided into pieces, rolled out and cut into small rectangles.
Using a knife along the piece, make a small cut and turn one of the ends through it. Fry in large quantities of oil.
Lay out brushwood with a slotted spoon and let the oil drain.
Sprinkle the finished pieces with powdered sugar and the cooking is ready.
