Fried pollock. How to cook? Recipe.

Cooking time for this recipe: 30-37 minutes.

Servings Per Container: 4-5 servings.

INGREDIENTS:

- fresh-frozen fish "pollock" (2 large fish); - vegetable oil for frying; - ground black pepper and salt; - wheat flour (200-240 g).

PREPARATION:

1) Defrost the fish in the refrigerator.

2) Under a stream of cold water, with a knife, scrape off the surface of the fish, cut off the fins.

Cut the belly and remove all the insides.

Peel off the thin black film.

Rinse thoroughly. 3) Put the fish in a bowl and leave it for 15-25 minutes to glass all the water. 4) On a cutting board, cut the fish with a sharp knife into portioned slices.

Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

Let it soak. 5) Pour the flour into a bowl and generously roll pollock slices in it. 6) Pour vegetable oil into the pan.

Put all the pieces of fish in the hot oil. 7) On high heat, without covering (!!) the pan with a lid, fry the pollock to a beautiful ruddy color.

Turn the pieces over carefully and only when they are crusted. Do not cover the finished fish with a lid, otherwise it will not be crispy.

Optionally, in a separate pan, you can fry onion rings.
