It is not known why pancakes became a sign of unsuccessful work.

Probably because it is an easy-to-prepare product.

Just try once and the pancakes will always be thin, almost transparent and with lace edges.

To prepare them, you need a recipe for pancakes in milk and its components: a frying pan, two glasses of milk, 100 g of water, 110 g of flour, a pinch of salt and 2 eggs.

In a sifted flour, form a well and break 2 eggs into it.

Add salt.

Then the eggs are beaten, gradually collecting flour from the edges and bottom of the bowl. After this, while stirring, a thin stream of liquid is added. The resulting mass, in which you can add 2 tbsp.

tablespoons of vegetable oil, whipped until creamy.

Pancakes are cooked on, not in butter.

A thin cotton swab, or you can feather the chicken, lubricates the bottom of the pan.

Start with a test pancake to make sure the dough is cooked correctly.

It is most convenient to pour the dough with a teapot.

Then the pan is tilted in different directions so that the dough is placed evenly over the pan.

After half a minute, the pancake can be turned over with a wide wooden spatula, and if you need an effect on others, toss it up.
