I reviewed the recipes over the past few weeks and realized that for a long time I did not pamper you with something rich and protein-rich)

Today’s recipe will take a little more than an hour, but I just can’t say about it.

And besides, this hour you, in fact, will be busy waiting for the preparation of this beautiful fish, drinking chilled white and listening to beautiful music))).

Unfortunately, I do not live by the sea, so the choice of fresh sea fish near my house is not great.

But they bring live carp every day, and a large carp, which is also deliciously cooked, is no worse than its marine counterparts :-).

I borrowed this old, traditional Macedonian carp cooking recipe from my Macedonian friends a couple of years ago, but it's time to share it with you.

Ingredients:

- 1 carp (1-1.5 kg.)

- 1 kg. onions salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

- 2 tsp ground paprika

- 5-6 tablespoons vegetable oil

- 1 tsp flour 1/2 lemon (juice)

Recipe:

1. Cut the onions in half rings and stew in vegetable oil in a pan for 10-15 minutes.

until it becomes soft and transparent.

Salt, pepper, add paprika. 2. Lubricate the baking sheet with vegetable oil, put the onion evenly distributed over the entire surface.

Put onion peeled, washed and dried carp. 3. In a small cup mix 1/2 tbsp.

water, lemon juice and flour.

Pour fish over this mixture. 4. Bake carp in the oven at a pace.

180 gr. exactly 1 hour.

If the onion starts to burn, then lightly pour it with water. Good appetite!
