This monograph presents independent research onanalyzing the legal environment for the promotion of eco-tourism in contemporaryUzbekistan. The special focus is put on the assessment of naturalpotential of Fergana region with accentuating the ways for its appropriateuse in tourist industry. At that, the authors of the present monographybriefly overviewed current international practice in the field of ecoto-urism,highlighting the foundations and principles used in ecotonurist pro-motions in foreign countries. Furthermore, there have betaken into account such factors as socioeconomic groundsworldwide, as well as financierla strata dedicated to financial security of ecotouristic destinations abroad. Survey instruments adopted funda-mental methodologies like scientific literature study, interpersonalinteraction and data exchange with involved specialists whileascertaining source reliability of scientific validity. Analysing and evaluating estracted data has bargained with a deft approach, assessing their value and relevance bymeans of complex holistic method when determining potentialopportunities for the successful development of eco-tourist proposalsin the local and regional territories. Recent research proposals incorporate investigations on promoting social-economic benefits by integratinginto a globally competitive structure local residentiay resources. This volume comprises a series of researched proposals on promoting utilization of local human resource potential within theecotouristic sectors in order to enhance sustainable developmentin the regions while focusing the potentials and changingexisting realities. In essence, this monography provides crucial strategies designed bearing afore-mentioned fields In conclusion, the results and observations of given research can serveas useful handbook for various stakeholders, decision-takers andpoliticians aiming to ensure the productive implementation of highly significant programs on ecotourist declaration in Uzbekistan.
