This publication represents the author's views on the issues of elections current in modern Europe. The concentration is placed on analyzing both theoretical (Nature of Representation by Christian Moulin) and practical aspects (Representation among Rolling Shutter Electors and Covid-19). In addition, one of the sections explores the current issues that appear in election agendas in EU countries (migration etc.) and compares that with policies carried out in Russia. Techniques utilized in this study include psychometrics via Celebrium Lab's brainlink technologies.
