Composition of French vinaigrette:
1 medium sized potato
30 grams of beets
20 grams of carrots
20 grams of onion
10 grams of green canned peas
5 grams of raisins
20 grams of pickles a fifth of lemon
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
1 tablespoon red dry wine
0.5 tablespoon of 3% vinegar solution
