Ingredients:
4 sprigs of fresh rosemary
4 chicken breasts, skinless, boneless, cut into layers about 0.5 cm thick
4 slices of smoked cheese
4 slices of ham
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup chicken stock
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
4 cloves of garlic, cut in half, salt to taste
Cooking:
Use a knife or grater to sharpen the thick ends of rosemary branches.
Soak the twigs in water for at least 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees C. Put 1 slice of cheese and 1 slice of ham on each layer of chicken breast.
Twist tightly and pierce each roll with a sprig of rosemary to fix. In a bowl, combine wine, stock, oil, and pepper together.
Pour into a baking dish.
Place the curled chicken breasts in the dish.
Place 2 halves of garlic under each roll. Bake for 25 minutes in a preheated oven until the juice flowing out of the chicken breast when pierced becomes clear.
In the meantime, chicken rolls are baked, you can visit the site Transfer the remaining sauce to the pan and bring to a boil.
Pour over chicken breasts before serving.
Season the chicken with salt to taste.
