Ingredients:
3 tablespoons of olive oil
2 bay leaves
1 1/2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon chopped garlic salt and pepper to taste
4 halves of chicken breast, skinless, boneless
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1 head of broccoli, cut into flowers
8 fresh mushrooms, chopped
450 g raw spaghetti
140 g Monterey Jack grated cheese
1 (450 g) can of spaghetti sauce
Cooking:
In a shallow, non-metallic dish or resealable plastic bag, mix olive oil, bay leaf, Italian seasoning, garlic, salt and pepper.
Stuff chicken breasts and place in a mixture of olive oil.
Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees C. Remove the chicken from the refrigerator and cut into centimeter pieces.
Fry in a large skillet with marinade until the chicken becomes light brown.
Remove bay leaf.
Add pepper, onion, broccoli and mushrooms in a pan and allow simmering until soft, about 5 minutes. While the vegetables are cooking, bring a large pot of slightly salted water to a boil.
Add spaghetti and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender, drain.
Return the pasta to the pan and add the chicken mixture and spaghetti sauce.
Mix.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
