To prepare Norwegian salmon with orange mayonnaise, you will need the following components:
- Freshly squeezed orange juice (two teaspoons);
- freshly ground black pepper;
- peeled garlic cloves (three pieces);
- small food salt;
- light mayonnaise without additives (120 g);
- asparagus (three stalks);
- grated orange peel (two teaspoons);
- large potatoes (530 g);
- green onion finely chopped (two tablespoons);
- extra virgin olive oil (five tablespoons);
- steaks of Norwegian salmon (640 g).
Chop very finely or crush the previously peeled garlic with a garlic grinder.
Mix chopped garlic with mayonnaise, grated orange zest and freshly squeezed juice. Beat all components into a homogeneous mass, add the required amount of salt, freshly ground pepper and chopped green onions.
Remove the mixture for a while in the refrigerator.
At the same time, put Norwegian salmon steaks on the dish, sprinkle them with olive oil (one tablespoon). Pepper the fish and salt it. Peel and rinse thoroughly the potato tubers, cut them into thick circles and fry in olive oil on both sides until golden brown.
Salt potato circles and put them on a dish.
In a separate pan with a non-stick coating and a thick bottom, fry the steaks of Norwegian salmon, add asparagus and cook for another three minutes. Once the fish is fried on both sides, and the asparagus becomes crispy, put these products on a flat dish of fried potatoes.
Pour Norwegian salmon with orange mayonnaise dressing and serve hot.
