Ingredients:
200 g red cherry tomato cut in half
200 g yellow cherry tomato halves
Olive oil
1 layer (29 x 29 cm) of frozen ready-made shortcake, thaw
125 ml (1/2 cup) heavy cream
125 ml (1/2 cup) milk
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
100 g feta cheese, cut into large pieces
200 g thinly sliced ham, cut in half lengthwise
Fresh small basil leaves to serve
Cooking:
Preheat oven to 200 ° C. Cover the baking tray with baking paper.
Place tomatoes on a tray and drizzle with olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 20 minutes or until soft. Meanwhile, line 3.5 cm deep, round corrugated 22.5 cm in diameter for the cake, lay out the dough and cut off the excess.

Pour in egg mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked. Sprinkle pie with tomatoes and ham.
Bake for 20 minutes.
