Panettone dessert with raspberries and cream.
How to cook? Recipe.
Ingredients:
400 g panettone (Italian Christmas cake, like Easter cake), cut into 3 cm pieces
150 ml of quality dessert wine
240 g fresh raspberries
500 g of fresh cottage cheese
60 g (1/3 cup) icing sugar
600 ml thick cream
30 g mixed glazed fruits (such as cherries, pineapple and ginger), coarsely
chopped Fresh raspberries, optionally, for decoration
30 g shredded chocolate bar
Cooking:
Place half of the panettone in a 2l dish.
Pour more than half the wine and add half the raspberries on top. Use an electric mixer to beat the cottage cheese, powdered sugar and half the cream in a bowl until smooth.
Put the mixture of cottage cheese on a panettone.
Garnish with the rest of the raspberries and panettons.
Pour evenly with the remaining wine. Use the clean beater of the electric mixer to whip the remaining cream in a bowl until soft foam.
Add glazed fruits and mix to combine.
Spread the cream mixture evenly over the dessert.
Garnish with extra raspberries and sprinkle with a grated chocolate bar and you can call your kids from the nursery to enjoy a delicious dessert, unless you are afraid that they might get a little drunk.
