To prepare a delicious mushroom soup-champignon puree, you need to purchase the following ingredients:

one kilogram of fresh champignon mushrooms,

five hundred grams of chicken stock,

packaging of low-fat cream,

some butter

one onion

a couple of large spoons of pre-cooked wheat flour and to taste spices for

mashed soup,

and olive oil for frying vegetables.

Wash the mushrooms with cool water.

Before frying in a pan, you need to cut them into small pieces and add vegetable oil.
