Melon Puree Soup

Ingredients:

1 (about 1 1/2 kg) melon, peeled, seeds removed, diced

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

3 tablespoons powdered sugar

120 g fresh raspberries

8 ripe strawberries, chopped

Crushed ice to serve

Cooking:

It is still summer and you can enjoy delicious fresh fruits and berries, we advise you to try such melon soup puree.

Especially if you have a wedding planned in the fall and you are determined to lose weight in order to buy a wedding dress one size smaller and look simply gorgeous, then such a soup for lunch will be indispensable instead of traditional borsch, and your skin and hair will shine.

Place chopped melon, vanilla extract and 2 tablespoons of sugar in a food processor and grind until smooth.

Strain through a sieve to form a smooth fruit puree.

Cool well. Grind raspberries and remaining sugar in a food processor until smooth and rub through a fine sieve.

Discard the seeds. To serve, divide the melon puree among the small portioned dishes.

Place strawberry slices on top and pour raspberry puree.

Serve with a little crushed ice.
