Having tried at least one piece of grated pie, you will again plunge into the days of a laid-back and carefree childhood, when your beloved grandmother pleased you with delicious pastries with baked milk.
The recipe is completely uncomplicated, however you will need a good oven.
Result: 4 servings

Total cooking time: 1 hour
Ingredients:
Flour - 4 tbsp .;
Oil - 210g;
Vanilla sugar - 3 g;
Eggs - 2 pcs.;
Sugar - 1 tbsp .;
Soda, vinegar - half a teaspoon;
Jam or wait - 1 glass.
Soften the butter to the consistency of thick sour cream, place vanillin, sugar, eggs in it and beat well with a mixer, then add the quenched soda in vinegar and mix.
Sift flour and pour three and a half cups into the dough, knead it to a dense state, divide into two parts, leave the largest of them, and wrap the other half in plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator.
Add the remaining half a glass of flour to a small piece of dough and knead until smooth.
On a baking sheet with a diameter of 40 cm, put parchment paper, flatten the dough on it so that in the end it is covered with a thin layer over the entire area of the form.
Next, place a glass of jam in an even layer and rub the chilled part of the dough with a large grater on top.
Place the pan in a preheated oven to 200 degrees and bake the cake for 25 minutes.
