To connect DroidCam via USB, you will need to follow these steps:
Note: Make sure that your Android phone is in USB debugging mode, which can be enabled in the developer options in the phone's settings. Also, if you encounter any issues with the USB connection, try unplugging and re-plugging the USB cable or restarting both your Android phone and your PC.
- First, make sure that you have installed the DroidCam app on your Android phone and the DroidCam Client app on your Windows PC.
- Connect your Android phone to your PC via USB cable.
- On your Android phone, open the DroidCam app, and tap on the three-dot menu icon on the top right corner of the screen.
- From the dropdown menu, select the "Connect with a USB cable" option.
- On the next screen, tap the "Start" button to initiate the USB connection.
- Once the USB connection is established, open the DroidCam Client app on your Windows PC.
- In the DroidCam Client app, select the "USB" option in the "Connection" section.
- Click on the "Start" button to connect your Android phone to your PC via USB.
- Once the connection is established, you should be able to see your Android phone's camera feed on your PC.
