Composition of 6 servings:

2.5 kg of selected pig ribs

2 tablespoons of vinegar

1 head garlic

2 tablespoons of honey half a cup of cherry juice

1 glass of tomato paste (ketchup possible)

4 tablespoons of sunflower oil ground pepper (black and red) salt

Cooking.

First, on the barbecue ribs you need to prepare the most important ingredient - ribs.

To do this, you must first chop them into small pieces. Rinse thoroughly with water and pat dry with paper towels.

Next, you need to peel the garlic and mash it with the garlic.

To marinate the ribs on the barbecue, mix all the ingredients (except the ribs). Next, take the pan (preferably deep and wide) and put the ribs on the barbecue.

We season them with the prepared marinade and leave on medium heat for 15 minutes.

You just need to warm them, not fry them.

Then remove the ribs from the fire and pour them together with the marinade into enameled dishes.

In this dish, the ribs on the barbecue will marinate for 3 hours (as much as possible). It is best to send a container with ribs to a cool place.

Naturally, the lid should be tightly closed.

The last step is the barbecue.

We take out the ribs from the container (buckets, bowls, pans, etc.) and put them on the wire rack.
