"Mountain Delight" is a story about a young man, Lucas Mills who deals with the consequences of his past. His sister, Erin Mill who was murdered as a child by a hit man named "Jounior". Lucas struggles to deal with his sister's death as well as other personal problems. He then meets Hailey Taylor, a talented ski-racer, and they begin to fall for each other. Lucas, however, has the fear that Jounior may still be around and that he may target her as well. Together with her best friend Cy Seaborn, the two helps Lucas to figure out what happened to Erin and why Junior did it. Hailey becomes sadistic and even goes as far as to kill the murderer herself while trying to save her and her boyfriend. With all the troubles they go through, can they overcome all their obstacles and find happiness in mountain delights?
