The main character, a young man by the name of "Wolf Wolf", is on a journey through the forest when he comes to a road junction. He turns off, driven by disquiet and becomes lost.
Suddenly, the sun sets and the ground begins to envelop the dull twilight. "Wolf Wolf" feels fear and confusion as he realizes that the road he'd been following no longer exists. The road is gone, enveloped in darkness and not a single tree stands
