Kaiser Commodus Ende (Robert Heymann).

"From his early youth on", according to Lampridian, "he was insolent, spiteful, cruel, lustful and even defiled his own mouth." When his father, Marcus Aurelius, who was equally mediocrity and a weak ruler died, Kaiser Commodus from his field camp at the lower Danube moved to Rome, where he was first greeted as "Imperator". However, soon his love of pleasure becomes the proverb in corrupt Rome. His palace soon became like a brothel, where the most noble women were not less than his lust sacrificed like the worst harlots.
