It turns out that Yusuf is a neurosurgeon at the clinic, and when he discovers the patient's identity, he realizes that it is the local politician. After that day, Shaukat and Yusuf start to develop their friendship. In their conversations, they often reveal unsolvable situations and topics. In a matter of weeks, they become best friends. Both often come to the conclusion that this is fate, and nothing can separate them from each other anymore.
In the end, we find ourselves in the unknown future where Shaukat continues to study medicine, perhaps becoming Yusef's colleague. Meanwhile, the famous politician dies and turns into a saint in the eyes of everyone. His name is not mentioned, but he is warmly remembered by the dear residents of the city. This is how the first part ends.
