Mahmud və Məryəm (Elçin Əfəndiyev).

Elcin Afandiyev wrote the novel called "Mahmud and Maryam". The book is based on a fictional story, where Mahmoud and Merjem meet and fall in love as teenagers, when Merjem is held for ransom by terrorists. Merjem and Mahmoud soon part after the ransoming is finished, but their memories and feelings of love will never fade away. Four years later, when they are grown ups, fate brings them back together with a twist that neither of them could have anticipated. Their love, once fated, cannot be extinguished and causes unimaginable strife in the lives of both Mahmoud's family, and Merjerem's community.
