Arthur Timothy Shай is an American writer born in 1940 in New York City and held a doctoral degree in English literature from University at Buffalo and Massey College in Palmerston North, New Zealand. He has combined different genres such as poetry, satire and science fiction to write various collections of poetry, prose and essays. His writing career started in his early 20's and has stayed active ever since. His works include Whiteout Times (2003), Everything But Love: A Novel (1978), Sad Times (1969), The Good Times Machine (2010), Captain America Still Sucks (2022) and more than a hundred others.The Good Times coming takes us back to the times before the he economy exploded and population shot through zero in a teeth-cracking maze of humanity. The novel eerily captures the atmosphere of anxiousness that envelops living in humans' return to Earth from outer space.
