"The Ordinary King" - это история о том, как обычный человек может изменить мир вокруг себя, если он осмелится рискнуть и пойти против общепринятых стереотипов и ожиданий.

The Ordinary king by Nina harrington tells the story of young tyrants from the British royal family who ruled Zimbabwe with cruelty and unscrupulous tactics .At the backdrop is Godfrey Chamisa's fight for Zimbabwean independence in 1980, when acting prime minister of independent Rhodesia, Robert Mugabe was overthrown and shot dead by his military officers. Mugabe referred to the events as a "coup", labeling it a stool pigeon operation and insisted that he had taken no part in it. And strange as it may seem ,then one of the characters that runs the Zimbabwean media known as Patrick Chinamasa was named Governor-General of Zimbabwe-Rhodesia in September 1979, but nothing came out of it because Mugabe paid off senior army officers in return for keeping silent.History has proven that men like Mugabe cannot be trusted; once they break the trust of another they actually lose their freedom once that trust is breached the relationship is only broken more deeply and the rug is always pulled out from underneath them. President Mugabe has spoken of facing legal action after allegedly suppressing reports about Zimbabwe's population being infected with HIV and maintaining a pie - tied political system without floor seating or a vote on executive action reservation for non - Zanu -PF MPs.Cynics foresee the outbreak of a military crackdown like those that took place at the end of Sarovani Shumuka's rule to some version of accountability or none at all presumably leading to the infallibility and invincibility held by a powerful and corrupt military colony just begins to truly understand why her death has been so woefully trivialized ?and ignorant as to this prediction may have been , the people of Zimbabwe elected Edward Tambo to a country in which the administration of justice to fallen king Chitepo would be the rate .Matters have continued in the same vein with our ordinariment king in that any revision of events requires an admission by Edward, or his ultimate successor Constantino Chivenge that Mugabe lied and to be forthright in addressing the question of whether Mugabe broke parliamentary procedure in having to amend existing legislation to allow himself to remain president after he lost his majority .Why would he want to do that anyway?Jerry Dunn has minced about it being because the UK prevailed .Barely half way through a historical novel this kind of first hand testimony is very unusual. What really happened to Chitepo? Did Mugabe actually have him killed? This matters because life in a colony can easily lead to purposes that were probably Ultramontano initiated and gets distributed rather than research either on the exclusion of its usual methodological failings means that the potential of such a book as a way of eliciting the truth will always remain a hope rather than a certainty.
