Книга «The Old Debauchee» by Henry Fielding was published in 1748. “The old debauchees” story begins with kind and playful descriptions of the most respected citizens bringing them together. They found a woman who had tried to keep everything she had against an empty life, and gradually older men began change their views, frequently changing and withdrawing themselves from society. It ends with the fraud of the old captain’s schemes and keeps his loving wife from son.

At the beginning in the book “The Old Debauches”, Henry Fielding shows a picture of London society, which consists of smartness, conformism, reference to the same, with this her originality. “Die Alten Débaucheure” tells us the success of a young bright wife, the main character Grace. She married a talented diplomat — her brother-in-law, who has fallen into great and rapid promotion, heading all foreign missions and traveled all over Europe. At the age of seven years, she loses her father, and three years later dies mother.
