After finding her dying husband, the Doctor and her granddaughter Mia embark on a journey to reunite some friends and find out what happened to them. The book has a great combination of characters. Some we already know from previous Doctor shows, while others are new; but they all have a unique worldview. The characters are also incredibly well-developed and multifaceted. The Doctor and Mia are the main focus in this book, and they provide a lot of fun and interesting action as they navigate the complicated roads of their way. Clayton did an excellent job of capturing the essence of the classic TARDIS adventures in her new book. This one is recommended for any fan who loves Doctor Who and their relationships."
