Цель данного исследования - изучить механизмы зависимости формирования стратегии компании от внутренней и внешней среды на примере “Meteorite Group” (как представитель Вологодской региональной отрасли) и “Planet Fitness” (как международного представителя индустрии здоровья и красоты (H B)), проанализировать поведение потребителей на российском рынке H B товаров и услуг, выявить факторы, влияющие на эту отрасль и сегментацию, показать различия в подходах к построению стратегии на региональном (например, «Meteorite Group») и отраслевом («Planet Fitness») уровнях. Целевая аудитория: инженерно-научные работники, работающие в индустрии здоровья и красоты, студенты вузов, люди, заинтересованные в вопросе механизма построения стратегии.
The purpose of this research work was to investigate the mechanisms which determine the formulation of a business strategy in light of the inner and outer environments employing the example of "Meteorite" Group (which represents the Votlgda region) and "Planet Fitness" (which is a global representative of health and beautification) employing regionalization and internationalization as critical factors. The behavioral patterns of consumers in relation to the Russian health and beautifying goods & services were likewise analyzed. The aspects that have a bearing on this niche as well as the segmentation techniques & strategies are then linked with the differences found in building strategies to varying degrees in both the regional and cross-regional(International) domains. Key target audiences are engineering & academic professionals operating within the field of health & beautification, university students as well as anyone interested in discovering the mechanisms about shaping strategies.
