Published since 1976, is published four times a year. The founder of the journal is the Russian Academy of National Economy under the President of the Russian Federation. It is included in the List of leading peer-reviewed scientific journals of VAK of Russia. It is indexed in WoS, Scopus and other databases. All submitted materials have undergone the review procedure and expert selection.
