BOOK ONE: A contract between lovers.
Among my books this one was the most thematic. But as soon as you started reading (I did just that a couple of times), the story gets you hooked!
Adrienne Corley is Gideon's literary agent. She'd never laid eyes on her famous geek author, until she landed on his doorstep. He wasn't what she would have expected though; Gideon was an intimidatingly hot daddy figure, hulking and scumptious. Their meeting had more to do with their careers than him making her weak in the knees.
But now that they've been introduced, things seem potentially complex. To get Gideon to straighten his act, Adrienne needs his help, and hoping purely on lust is typically not the best method to engage a man in a relationship.
As one might imagine, neither can deny the obvious - between their romance and the business they can make together, it's going to be a close race for their hearts and minds.
