These include using diplomacy in order to gain the trust of the host government, or to act ruthlessly to subdue the enemy. Despite the risks, Bolan believes that this is the only way to end the threat of world war.
Overall, "Carnage Code" provides an exciting and challenging adventure for the reader. It brings a new perspective to our understanding of Sudan and the role of international government forces in the struggle against terrorist threats.
