Patricia pressed her safety badge against the electronic panel. She heard the lock click and opened the door to the law firm where she worked.
It was shortly after six in the morning and as always she was the first at work. She went down the short hallway and entered her office. She frowned and noticed that the huge piles of paper on her desk had not magically become smaller since she had left them the night before.
