How to Cook Chicken Wings

"Chicken wings"
Ingredients:
2/3 cup plain low fat yogurt
2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
60 g chopped blue cheese
3 tbsp. l finely chopped green onions
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 teaspoon of vegetable oil
220 g chicken breast fillet, cut into strips
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tsp butter
1 tbsp. l hot pepper sauce
Cooking:
These chicken “wings” are not exactly wings. These are small strips of chicken cooked in a buffalo style. They are just as tasty and mouth-watering.
To make the sauce in a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, mayonnaise and chopped blue cheese. Add green onions and peppers, cover and put in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve the “wings”.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Grate chicken strips with salt and fry over medium heat, often turning over until browned and completely cooked, for about 7 to 10 minutes. Add the butter and hot pepper sauce in the pan and mix quickly until the butter has melted and the sauce has covered the chicken. Imitation of chicken wings is ready. You can serve with previously prepared sauce. Serve hot chicken with chilled dip mixture.
