Structure:
1 small beetroot
1 medium carrot
1 apple (sweet and sour) water
Cooking.
Thoroughly rinse with running water all the ingredients in carrot-apple juice with beets. Then we cut off the peel from the apple and beets, and scrape off the carrots. It’s better to rinse again under running water. Then, peeled fruits into carrot-apple juice with beets are cut into small pieces and push them into a juicer. If the juicer is powerful, then the pieces may not be very small, otherwise - the smaller the pieces, the better.
Cooking.
We press the start in the juicer and get carrot-apple juice with beets, which, however, cannot be drunk yet. So that it can be used without harm and even usefully, it must be diluted with clean water. Any water will come off, but if you take it from the tap, it’s better to boil it and let it cool.
Note.
Carrot and apple juice with beets is very useful for blood, as it contains a lot of sodium, which helps the absorption of calcium. It is very good to drink carrot-apple juice with beets for those who have recently lost a lot of blood or for women during the menstrual cycle. Such juice can and should be drunk every day, about half a glass (less can be).
